It&#8217;s likely a healthy thing for us to summarize the best parts, log it somewhere, and be able to compound it throughout a lifetime. <br><br>Even though I&#8217;m old now, nearly 40&#8230; I&#8217;ve missed out on almost 30 years of not compounding this data. This ends now. If I&#8217;m being honest, I likely won&#8217;t keep going with this for long&#8230; but let&#8217;s see where the dice lands. <br><br>Each week, I&#8217;m going to be writing a newsletter to myself, I&#8217;m going to try and keep a simple framework that is prompt enough for me to not have to think about what to write.. yet flexible enough not to become a robot. <br><br>Here is the framework, </p><ul><li><p>What's Keeping Me Busy</p></li><li><p>What's On My Mind</p></li><li><p>Health Tracking</p></li><li><p>Wealth Tracking</p></li><li><p>Things I Learned</p></li><li><p>What Did I Read</p></li><li><p>New Discoveries</p></li><li><p>Next Week</p></li></ul><p>Not every week I&#8217;ll hit each one, I want to reduce it down to at least around 5 of them. However, these  are the ones I&#8217;ve thought about currently. As you age, you get into a routine, you&#8217;re focused on excursion rather than learning.
